Revealing the Hidden Advantages and Lesser-Known Facts About Automation

Q How has the changing e-commerce landscape affected demand for customized automation? A Many have seen firsthand the e›ects of widespread e-commerce growth, and companies continue to find increased volume across the board. While the rate of growth is slowing from 2020—sales are forecasted to globally top $6 trillion in 2023. The pandemic, of course, was a game changer. Similarly, automation implementation is seen as a large hurdle. This process can be sim- plified by applying new technology in steps. Companies should spend time observing their current flow and analyze their potential slow spots, installing solutions where needed most and not all at once. Done right, automation simplifies by eliminating rote, boring tasks and removes bottlenecks in parcel processing.
