OFF THE WALL The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is selling bricks from the Lincoln Tunnel’s retaining walls for $2.25 each. The Art Deco walls, which went up between 1937 and 1945, are coming down to make room for the $10 billion Midtown Bus Terminal. The terminal broke ground last year and is expected to be finished in 2032.
