Random stow blows my mind. It’s a counterintuitive concept but every supporting fact is logical. As if, “why didn’t I think of that?” I didn’t because it’s very counterintuitive. Totally agree. And honestly, delivery speed doesn’t even matter if the order was entered wrong in the rst place. Wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong PO— that’s where the customer experience actually breaks. Speed just gets you to the problem faster.
