SPOTLIGHT

> Thruvision 81 Series. Equipped with advanced, AI-based concealed item detection, the 81 Series, the latest generation of Thruvision’s people screening technology, can help with loss prevention and ensure workplace safety at distribution and fulfillment centers. The machine is designed to quickly identify the shape, size, and location of concealed items on walking or stationary people.

> Sereact Systems. Using Sereact Lens, Sereact robots autonomously pick up and place a wide variety of items with AI-based inventory monitoring. Each system generates data from

> Jungheinrich EAC 212a AMR. Designed for high- lift tasks, the EAC 212a autonomous mobile robot from Jungheinrich transports pallets and stillages at floor storage locations, conveyor systems, and bu er lanes. Equipped with AI-based 3D pallet detection that identifies and handles load carriers, the system can ensure stable processes even when pallets are positioned manually and are not placed exactly at the intended location. It can also be integrated with automated storage and retrieval systems.

real-world operations, which Sereact’s Cortex AI model learns from, reinforcing continuous self-improvement. Expanding their collaboration, AI robotics company Sereact and system integrator Syncore are planning to roll out more than 100 AI-powered robotic systems over the next few years, with a focus on returns handling.

> Ocado IQ. Ocado Intelligent Automation (OIA) recently unveiled Ocado IQ , a cloud-based, AI-powered software that directs every pick, path, and priority from inbound to outbound. The system serves as the intelligence behind the company’s Chuck AMR and the pallet-moving Porter AMR (rendering below) . Ocado IQ enables two intelligent pick modes—Sweep and TagTeam— to run concurrently across a site. This flexibility allows operations to optimize di erent zones based on product density, velocity, and layout.

> SOFTBOT Platform. SVT Robotics’ SOFTBOT platform is a plug- and-play platform that makes robotics integrations up to 12 times faster than traditional custom coding setups. The tech-agnostic platform is now live in 30 DHL Supply Chain sites (one site pictured below) worldwide, with the contract logistics provider planning to expand it to more than 100 sites over the next three years. DHL Supply Chain has more than 8,000 collaborative robots active across its global operations and will use the platform’s real-time data access to scale logistics AI.
