> J.J. Keller added a new Asset Tracking Solution to its Fleet Safety & Compliance Platform. The tracker oers motion-based GPS updates, allowing fleets to find trailers, dumpsters and other mobile assets that are critical to operations but often dicult to locate. The solution has a battery life of up to eight years and integrates with J.J. Keller’s Vehicle Tracking Solution. Spotter AI debuted FuelSeek, a fuel optimization feature built into its Spotter TMS. The feature uses real- time pricing data to identify cost-ecient fueling stops along a route. Once a load is booked, drivers receive a recommended route with fueling stops. FuelSeek is designed to be a practical tool that delivers real-world cost eciencies. > PCS Software integrated DAT One load board access directly into its AI-powered Cortex Opportunity Manager and Cortex Backhaul Booster, allowing carriers to source DAT One freight without leaving their TMS. Loads are automatically converted into ranked opportunities. Profitability scores factor in rate, lane, fuel, and operational costs. > AI startup E3 Group launched a driver verification platform called E3 Shield. The platform confirms a driver’s identity and CDL credentials, as well as truck information, before freight moves. It assigns risk scores at pickup and is designed to flag fraud that traditional scanning tools miss, stopping cargo theft before it occurs.
> CMA CGM launched Ocean Rise Express (OCR), a new weekly service providing a direct connection from Japan to North Europe. The transit time from Yokohama to Rotterdam is 38 days.The carrier also enhanced its Eagle Express 1 service with additional port calls in Kobe, Nagoya, and Yokohama, delivering cargo to Los Angeles in as few as 12 days. Both services are fully operated by CMA CGM and began sailing in May 2026.
